Decision Replay

Scope

This policy explains how Emotive Studios LLC ("Emotive Studios," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use Decision Replay. It applies only to this product. Any third-party service identified in this policy has its own privacy practices.

Information stored on your device

Decision Replay stores the content you create in the app’s local storage. This may include decisions, Quick Decisions, sealed journals, replay reviews, written reflections, attachments, photographs, documents, voice recordings, Arcade history and metrics, Training Fingerprint results, links, reminders, and app preferences.

Emotive Studios does not operate a server for decision or journal content and cannot read that content. The app does not include advertising or third-party analytics.

Optional Game Center features

If you choose to use Game Center, Apple authenticates your Game Center account. Decision Replay may submit eligible objective scores for Evidence Detective, Sunk Cost Escape, Risk Garden, and Daily Decision leaderboards, together with achievement identifiers and progress.

Decision Replay does not submit decision text, journal entries, photographs, documents, voice recordings, written reflections, linked record identifiers, detailed round metrics, tendencies, or Training Fingerprint data to Game Center.

Notifications, purchases, and sharing

Reminder notifications are scheduled on your device. Optional subscriptions are processed by Apple through StoreKit; Emotive Studios does not receive payment card details, and the app receives only the entitlement status needed to unlock subscription features.

Content leaves the app only when you deliberately use an export or share feature. The destination you select, such as Mail, Files, or another app, handles the exported content under its own privacy terms.

Retention and deletion

Your content remains on your device until you delete individual records, clear Arcade history or other app data, or uninstall the app. Files you exported or shared must be deleted from their destination separately. Game Center records and App Store purchase history are controlled by Apple.

Data sharing

Emotive Studios does not sell Decision Replay data, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for targeted advertising. We do not receive your private decision content.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we control, and to appeal or complain about how a request is handled. Emotive Studios does not discriminate against anyone for exercising a privacy right. Most information described as local in this policy is controlled directly through the app and your device; Emotive Studios cannot retrieve data it never receives.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request concerning information held by Emotive Studios, use the contact information below. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the information and services we operate. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Protect your device, operating-system account, exported files, and backups with appropriate access controls.

Children

Decision Replay is not directed to children under 13, and Emotive Studios does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the product. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided information to Emotive Studios may contact us to request review and deletion.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the product, its services, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of the page identifies the current version. Material changes will be presented through the website, the app, or another appropriate notice.
